Interests: I love to bake and cook. I enjoy going to the gym playing tennis and going on dog walks with my mum, especially when the weather is nice, and I love rewatching the vampire diaries.

Post Sixth Form Aspirations: I hope to study law at either Exeter or Durham university, and I also want to find the time to go travelling and take some time to have fun and make new friends.

Thoughts on the Sixth Form: I have really enjoyed the support that Holmer Green Sixth form has provided me when I have really needed it. Holmer Green sixth form has offered me a variety of opportunities, such as competing with the debate team and being a mind mentor.  I am grateful that there has been a consistent stream of information about work experience, university open day etc. as it has helped me to keep on top of things and become more prepared for my future after Sixth Form!

Post Sixth Form aspirations: I plan to go on to University to study Chemistry and then go into the drug development industry.

Thoughts on Sixth Form: In my opinion, HGSS sixth form provides excellent support and opportunities to further your personal and extracurricular skills whilst also supporting students to excel in their studies. We are so fortunate to have such caring and welcoming staff, who are always happy to help and create a friendly working environment.

Thoughts on the Sixth Form: I think that the sixth form is a great place to learn and develop skills which are not only academic, but also life skills and who you are as a person. The support is very present and there is always somebody that will be able to help with any problems you may face or queries you may have.

Thoughts on the Sixth Form: I enjoy HGSS Sixth Form because of the supportive staff and the variety of subjects. The teachers and staff always want to help and support you to achieve your goals. HGSS provides a number of subject opportunities which allow you to find a passion for a subject you may not have tried before.

Sixth Form is a friendly community environment that provides all the necessary support for achievement. The Sixth Form is a community that support one another.

 Post Sixth Form Aspirations: After sixth form, I hope to go on to pursue a career in law after completing a gap year travelling Europe.

 Thoughts on the Sixth Form: During my time at Holmer green I have been presented with a multitude of opportunities including being able to participate in being a mind mentor, completing bronze and silver DofE, and most importantly being  a part of the debate team. One of my favourite experiences during my time at HGSS was being able to compete in an interschool debate competition, here we are provided with an atmosphere filled with opportunities which are imperative to our self development and futures.

Post Sixth Form Aspirations: My plans after sixth form are to go into a sports apprenticeship or teaching of some sort as I aspire to have a great impact on people’s journey to success.

Thoughts on the Sixth Form: My thoughts on HGSS Sixth Form are that it’s a wonderful environment to be in and teachers are always willing to talk to you, everyone is friendly, and you get treated as adults, which makes you feel valued. The lessons give you an opportunity to learn new things that will prepare you for the future and the private study lessons can give you time to work at your own pace as well as give you a sense of responsibility. The activities such as enrichment can bring you extra knowledge such as: how to prepare for an interview, writing a CV or a personal statement. I have enjoyed being a part of HGSS Sixth form and can't wait to go into year 13.

Thoughts on the Sixth Form: I think this sixth form is supportive and helps you to reach your goals. They have a great reassuring team leading it. There's also an abundance of opportunities to grow your experience that are really worth considering and taking and have helped me find out what I want to do in the future while also developing transferable skills.

Post Sixth Form aspirations: My plan is to go to uni to study either Sport Science or Public Relations

Thoughts on the Sixth Form: I think that HGSS Sixth Form is great.  The staff you work with are brilliant and are always welcome to talk.  The study rooms and  the coffee lounge are great facilities.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will dearly miss it when I leave.

Thoughts on the Sixth Form: Starting sixth form as an external student at HGSS has been very enjoyable, having been surrounded by a wonderful community of students and teachers I feel supported and encouraged by everyone here.

Post Sixth Form aspirations: After sixth form, I want to either go to university or land a degree apprenticeship. Both in the business or finance sector.

Thoughts on the Sixth Form: Holmer Green Senior School has a kind positive environment. The teachers are able to nurture your talents well and aid you in the things you find difficult. The sixth form students are also very proactive and willing to help you in any difficulties you may have. HGSS is a wonderful place with great people.

Post Sixth Form aspirations: After Sixth Form, I hope to study Law and Business at university. Post-university, I would like to become a corporate lawyer. 

Thoughts on the Sixth Form: Sixth Form at HGSS is a great place for students to study, grow and flourish as sixth formers. The Sixth Form team is so supportive and if you have any problems, they are always there to help and give you wisdom to overcome the problems you may face.

Interests: Drama - in Holmer Green Players I have performed, directed, and produced in the last six years, as well as being in a musical theatre singing group, held at RGS. I also play both the guitar and the piano.

Post Sixth Form aspirations: My goal is to enter the drama industry somehow.

Thoughts on the Sixth Form: This sixth form is the best place in the area to go post-GCSEs, in my opinion. The support you get is fantastic, not just in your subjects, but also in helping secure a future. The team are also incredibly lovely people, who are very approachable if you need them, which is an effect that is passed on to the students - the year above me really helped me to settle in when I first joined the sixth form!

Post Sixth Form Aspirations: After sixth form, I am hoping to study Philosophy, Politics and economics (PPE) 

Thoughts on the Sixth Form: HGSS Sixth Form is one that supports their students to have high aspirations, and helps you achieve these goals. The sixth form has a very compassionate staff team who prioritise our wellbeing. Furthermore, they are very approachable and you feel you can talk to the sixth form team about any concerns you may have without fear of judgement.

Hobbies: I enjoy playing football and Xbox with my friends as well as going to the gym.  

Post Sixth Form Aspirations: I am hoping to go to University to study paramedic science with the goal of one day becoming a paramedic.

 Thoughts on the Sixth Form: At HGSS Sixth form the teachers are very supportive and I like the fact that we get lots of study periods to do our work and revision in.
